Jacksons Car Wash Unlimited Wash Plans are automatically renewing monthly memberships.

By purchasing an Unlimited Wash Plan, you authorize Jacksons Car Wash to automatically charge the payment method provided at enrollment for the monthly price of your selected membership plan.

Your membership will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged each month until you cancel your membership.

There is no long-term commitment. You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

By completing your Unlimited Wash Plan purchase and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are enrolling in an automatically renewing monthly membership.
• The membership price displayed during enrollment will be charged to your selected payment method each month.
• Charges will continue automatically until the membership is cancelled.
• You authorize Jacksons Car Wash and its payment processors to process these recurring monthly charges.
• You have reviewed and agree to these Unlimited Wash Plan Membership Terms.

Your electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as your signature.

Your membership becomes active after successful enrollment and payment authorization.

Jacksons Car Wash may send confirmation of your membership activation by text message, email, receipt, or other electronic communication using the contact information provided during enrollment.

Your payment method will generally be charged each month on or around the same calendar date as your original enrollment date.

Your membership will continue to renew monthly until cancelled.

If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, Jacksons Car Wash may attempt to process the payment again or suspend membership benefits until payment information is updated.

Your membership account may provide access to billing information and monthly invoices.

An active Unlimited Wash Plan provides access to the services and benefits associated with the membership plan selected at enrollment.

Membership benefits may vary by plan and participating location.

Your monthly membership fee provides continued access to the benefits of your selected membership during the active billing period. The membership fee is not based on the number of washes you choose to redeem during a particular month.

Memberships are intended for personal use in accordance with the rules of the selected Unlimited Wash Plan.

Membership identification may include information such as your membership account, vehicle information, license plate, member pass, RFID tag, phone number, or other identifiers associated with your account.

Memberships may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used fraudulently.

Jacksons Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for misuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or violation of membership terms.

You may cancel your Unlimited Wash Plan at any time.

The quickest way to cancel your membership is through the Jacksons Car Wash online membership management portal. Cancellations successfully completed through the online membership portal are generally processed immediately.

You may also request assistance with cancellation through the Unlimited Wash Club Membership Form. Submitting an assisted cancellation request does not immediately cancel your membership. Your membership remains active until the request is processed by Jacksons Car Wash.

Assisted cancellation requests may require processing time. If your scheduled monthly renewal occurs before your assisted cancellation request is processed, your payment method may be charged for the next monthly billing period. To avoid a pending renewal while an assisted cancellation request is being processed, customers should use the online membership management portal to complete a self-service cancellation whenever possible.

Once your cancellation is successfully processed, future recurring membership charges will stop.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Jacksons Car Wash, membership fees already charged are not prorated or refunded for unused portions of a monthly billing period.

Your membership benefits remain available through the end of any billing period for which you have already been charged, unless your membership is otherwise suspended or terminated under these Terms.

Cancelling text messages does not cancel your Unlimited Wash Plan.

Replying STOP to a Jacksons Car Wash text message only opts the associated phone number out of applicable SMS messages. To cancel your Unlimited Wash Plan, you must use one of the membership cancellation methods described above.

Membership charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun unless otherwise required by law or approved by Jacksons Car Wash.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Jacksons Car Wash so we can review your account and transaction.

A request to cancel a membership is not the same as a request for a refund.

Jacksons Car Wash may change membership pricing, benefits, or terms from time to time.

When required, Jacksons Car Wash will provide notice of material changes before they become effective.

Continued membership after a properly disclosed change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated membership terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when establishing or maintaining your membership, including your contact information, vehicle information, and payment information.

You are responsible for keeping your membership account and payment information current.

You may accept these Terms electronically.

Electronic acceptance may include checking an agreement box, completing an online purchase after being presented with these Terms, digitally signing an agreement at a Jacksons Car Wash location, or another electronic method presented during enrollment.

Records of your electronic acceptance may include the date and time of acceptance, membership information, enrollment channel, agreement version, transaction information, or other information associated with the enrollment.

Jacksons Car Wash may provide account-related and customer care communications by SMS when you provide the applicable consent.

These messages may include membership activation notices, account notifications, customer-service communications, and other information related to your relationship with Jacksons Car Wash.

Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages.

Replying STOP opts you out of text messaging only and does not cancel an active Unlimited Wash Plan membership.

If you separately opt in to receive promotional text messages from Jacksons Car Wash, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages at the mobile number you provided.

Promotional messages may include car wash offers, discounts, promotions, membership offers, incentives, announcements, and other Jacksons Car Wash marketing communications.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or membership.

Opting out of promotional text messages does not cancel an Unlimited Wash Plan or other Jacksons Car Wash service. Membership cancellations must be completed using the applicable membership cancellation process described in these Terms.

Information you provide to Jacksons Car Wash is handled in accordance with the Jacksons Car Wash Privacy Policy.

This may include information supplied during membership enrollment, membership management, customer-service interactions, and text-message registration.
